Quick Summary
As a franchisor, you've received a demand notice from a franchisee's lawyer, claiming compensation for alleged wrongdoings. This discussion explores how to handle such situations. While one suggestion is to remain silent and respond only if legal action is taken, the prevailing advice is to formally reply to the notice, especially when the claims are considered false and unfounded. This proactive approach is crucial for addressing the franchisee's demands effectively.

In my opinion, you should reply the notice particularly when franchisee issued notice and demands compensation on wrong and fake issues.
