Contract

Hi Seniors,

Is a Non-compete and non disclosure contract valid, if it

1. is only signed by employee

2. is not signed by employer in the signature coloumn provided

3. its not signed by witness

Please help me understand this.

If it's not signed by all the parties, then IS IT a VALID contract?

IF IT IS NOT SIGNED BY ALL THE PARTIES REPRESENTING THE CONTRACT IN AGREEMENT THENIT IS NOT VALID.
