Contested will

Kindly advise. My grandfather left a will leaving his house to his 4 sons and clearly stating that his 3 daughters (the eldest is mentally unwell and unmarried) wouldn't get any share from the property. We know that he invested money from the sale of his ancestral property into this house, but there are no papers to prove it. How can the daughters claim a share in this property? One of the daughters had been looking after my grandmother  and unwell aunt after my grandfather expired. She had been requested to move into the disputed house in 2004 and has since been living there and caring for my aunt and grandmother. Now after my grandmother's death, the sons are demanding that she vacate the property. Please advise what can be done now.
