contempt of court against not use of trademark order

Plaintiff has filed contempt against us but was also doing business with us using the same trade mark? Is the contempt maintainable?

The order of court that was disobeyed is not specified here, if doing business with you  goes contrary to the contempt proceedings you can agitate that is court .
