I got visitation right by court on 30 june 2010, getting dates & dates almost every 30-45 day's .
When i ask the respected judge that what is the meaning of court order then he ask both parties f
or mutually understanding. Her lawyer not respond me. Can i move my case to high court ?
I want to know can i file contempt + custody application both together i already change the lawyer
& what else i can do to meet my child [11 year old boy] & keep in touch with him ?
We were staying in gujarat & now my wife shifted to her parents home in mumbai.
