whether consumer fora are empowered to prosecute parties for the sole reason the party was vehimently arguing with consumer fora members? By sec.25/27 CPA contempt proceedings could be initiated for non-compliance of their orders.

The matter is within the discretion of the Forum. However, to my knowledge the Forum is vested with no powers to punish for contempt.

What is your problem and advise of the lawyer engaged/ paid by you, if you are a party??

For execution of the orders of the consumer forum, there are provisions in consumer protection act, you may invoke the said provisions of law for executing the decree/award of the consumer forum
