Nope as the Fora is always crossing the 3-months time and there is not even a single case in Indian Consumer Fora, which had been settled within the statutory period of time that is 3 months. Hence, the Act has failed primarily in this area.

What is the benefit of additional expenditure incurred on retaining of two members when the President alone can decide the consumer disputes (and practically perhaphs the Presidents are deciding the disputes with little contributions from the members)?
