Constitutional law problem

A non-brahmin was appointed by the government in a famous temple to perform pooja. This was challenged before the Supreme Court as he is not competent. Decide the constitutional validity of the appointment

Local laws are applicable. Consult in your area.  It is a valid appointment due to government orders.
