Dear Sir,
Wife admitted in the affidavit by saying that wife's maintenance matters for past and present and for future are settled out of court and wife agreed for MCD (Mutual COnsent Divorce). Wife also agreed to withdraw the CrPC-125 case unconditionally. These points are part of the affidavit of MCD.
After 6 months wife failed to withdraw the CrPC-125 case but want MCD. Now wife filed memo in CrPC-125 case sayaing that husband did not pay interim maintencne and husband should be arrested.
Please send your advice in this case....
