Hi All, Thanks for your valuable suggestions to us. My brother in-law made a compromise decree with my wife stating share of property as partition at the court in 2014 ;however, the property was not legally partition in papers between brothers of their father.
please advise shall my wife as the challenge the compromise decree now as the compromise decree made without partition of the original property.
