Subject: Complaint Regarding Illegal Encroachment on Government Drainage (Naala) Causing Water Blockage During Rainy Season
Respected Sir/Madam,
I residing at UTTAR PRADESH would like to bring to your kind attention a serious issue regarding illegal possession/encroachment by the neighbouring person(s) on the government drainage/naala located at AMETHI.
The said drainage/naala was constructed by the Government for the smooth flow of wastewater and rainwater. However, due to illegal encroachment and unauthorized construction carried out by NEIGHBOUR, the natural flow of water has been blocked.
Because of this obstruction:

Rainwater accumulates heavily during the rainy season.

Drainage water overflows into the surrounding houses and roads.

It creates unhygienic conditions, foul smell, and risk of diseases.

It causes great inconvenience and hardship to all nearby residents.
Despite repeated requests to the concerned neighbour, the illegal encroachment continues, and the drainage remains blocked.
Therefore, I humbly request you to kindly inspect the matter at the earliest, take necessary action to remove the illegal encroachment, and restore the proper functioning of the government drainage/naala to avoid further damage and inconvenience to the public.
