Complaint against snapdeal

Hi Everyone.. in this online marketplace lots of people are getting fooled. i had purchased a HP Laptop through Snapdeal few days back which was delivered to me and payment was made to them. however on switching it on, i found there was a spot on the screen. on complaining to Snapdeal, instead of helping they started asking irrelevant questions & asked me to send pictures. even after sending pictures there is no prompt action from them.... i have asked for refund which i feel will never come. any suggestions ??

You gather all records of your correspondences with the snap deal company about the product and its defect, the replies given in this regard by the company.  You may issue a legal notice to the company to either replace or refund the amount, if this fails to invoke any response, you may approach the appropriate consumer forum for necessary relief.
