Compassionate Job No Objection Certificate

Hello Kindly suggest me on the compassionate job my father expired recently and we are 2 dependents in the family Brother and me, now the problem is brother ignored to sign the no-objection certificate because he wants to do the job and mother not ready to give the job to him kindly suggest how to process the compassionate without brother sign please help us.

My mother with me only, and she is 50 years old, And am the deserving candidate because to the family my contribution is 99% for good & bad things happen in the family. my brother went out separated love marriage he not taken care of family yet the is the reason being my mother ignored my brother.

kindly assist is there any way to get the job without brother agreement. (no objection)

First try to take NOC through mediation through common and elders of your family. If not understandings arrive then appraoch the Civil court and get a suitable order.
