Compassionate appointment

Will I get compassionate appointment if FIR filed on me by police by suo - moto under 35 (i) bnss. And the FIR status is referred further action dropped.

But some stranger name is in my FIR whom I don't know.

Sent with respect.On xx.0x.2x2x, at around 21:30 hrs, I, the Assistant Inspector of x1 A...... Police Station, along with my police party, was patrolling within the limits of A...... Police Station. While we were near the A......... Bus Stand, we noticed individuals who, upon seeing us, attempted to flee.
