Company not providing support to dealership

Did they not sign the loan agreements/hypothecation deeds?

If the company has breached or violated the dealership agreement conditions then you can sue the company  for relief and remedy.

The company cannot come to your rescue if you suffer financial loss which becomes your own problem and not others problem.

Show the agreement of acceptance / grant of dealership to some local prudent lawyer for proper analyses of its covenents, professional advise and necessary proceeding.
