Company not paying FNF

Respected Sir/ma'am,

Retail Company is not paying my FNF by stating that there are audit shortages..I have not given any handover for any assets or Products .
I Contacted to the CEO and HR too but they says that u r respsonsible for it.

How can be i responsible for it whereas i did not given any charge of the assets.?

What are my Wright's to get my wages

Issue them a legal notice and file a case if necessary. Consult a local lawyer.

What are the alleged audit shortcomings reported / communicated to the management, where your involved was found by authorities ?

It is advisable to contact and consult a local prudent lawyer for proper analyses of facts /documents, professional advise and necessary proceeding.

Address in detail the audit findings on the audit report. ...
Implement corrective action and retain documentation on the implementation and results.
