Common seal

Dear Sir,

When a PVT Ltd company puts a common seal in a document the director of the company (as per memorandam of articles) have to sign the document. Does the director signed at his indivisual capacity or as a director

IF the Director signs in a "individual capacity", on official documents of a Co., he can be held criminally liable.
