Co-operative society - flowers falling from flat above me

Hello,

I am staying in a CHS and facing an issue of flowers and leaves falling into my balcony whole day from the flat above me.

After requesting the owner of the above flat to take their plants inside they are not ready to take them inside.

They have hanged the plants from their balcony and the plants have grown down till my floor.

CHS is saying it is your personal matter and not intervening.

Please advise what are my options to get a resolution. Attaching pictures of my balcony and the plants of the above flat

Make a complaint in writing and ask the CHS to use the powers to solve your problem. If they fail to respond make a complaint on the incompetency of the CHS to sub Registrar of societies. This is too trivial for others. and further follow up through filing complaints against CHS or owner complicate the issue rather than a remedy.
