Dear sir,
We have a housing society where Secretary has been elected twice in a row, and his term was over in June, 2022, in this respect i would like to know following:-
1. Can secretary stand for election for the third consecutive time.
2. If there is a break of say about 6-9 months due to Administrator taking over in the first term of the secretary, is this period counted?
3. After second term is over in June, 2022, there is no election taken place, despite the same secretary is presenting and finalizing financial accounts and auditors report etc after in September, 2022. Is it valid?
