co-operative Housing society

Dear sir, I live in My Father's Flats since purchase of Flat by My Father, Can I file a application, Complaint for Water leakage to or against society or other Members to Registrar or court or Muncipal corporation and can i ask for copy of bylaw of society? as My father residing in Village.

1. YES .... Father (Flat Owner) can delegate you authority via a registered "Power of Attorney" in your favor after which you may conduct many of the activities that a Flat Owner is entitled to do. However you will not be able to contest elections or attend AGM etc....
