Client is nri.how i cn file urgent power of atrny

my client is a NRI. how i cn file a very urgent power of atrny on his behalf. wthr email  notary atteseted is valid. i can file a case on  APPEARENCE ON MEMO BASE. he can send me through post but i can not wait  of postal power of attorney

tell your client  to send you a copy of notarized poa by scanning and emailing it to you for now and then mail the same poa to you by post. take the scanned copy with his email into court and presnt to judge letting him know tha tthe original is on its way by mail. client can send it via FEDEX to you for expeditious delivery of original and you can get it in two days if they are in usa.
