Clarification required on Ancestral Property

Dear Team,
My grandfather self acquired property transferred to my grandmother by gift deed. Later my grandmother was divided property into 2 portions transferred by the way of gift deed. One portion for my father and other portion for my uncle. My grandparents has 4 children. My father's sisters has transferred property to my father and my uncle by gift deed. Now my father wants to sell the property whether signature of his children.

Your father has become absolute owner of  Property so he has every right to sell ,gift or transfer the property to anyone as per his wish, consent or sigatures of children is not required.

Not necessary if purchaser demands sign  as witness .

Are all the gift deeds registered? If not registered then those gift deeds are not valid in law.
