Clarification on society election ru;es

Sir,

I have the following doubt about co-operative society election?.

a) In a Co-op. hsg. society election having only 18 flats/members how many committee members are to be elected as per New Bye-laws?

b)What is the composition?

c)Whether Registrar's representative is required to be present for the Election?
