Clarification on rera

1. It is not understood as to which document / action of builder is intended / required / prayed to be "Cancelled" or not by RERA ?
2. Which document ?   No comments can be offered on the subject of allotment of 2 or 4 wheeler parking till perusal of sanctioned plan.

If the builder is violating the approved plans or illegally selling the parking spaces then action can be taken against him as per provisions of law.

RERA has nothing to do about it other than when a complaint is made to RERA against the irregularities observed against the builder.
