Claim on ancestor's property

Can a daughter who is divorced and remarried claim on her father's Ancestors property.

Just to elaborate my current wife and I were divorced with our respective partners and now we both have remarried as per Hindu laws. Can my current wife claim on her father's ancestors property. The said property has no will and her father had expired when she was 9 years of age so she was not disowned from the property. Its a inter caste remarriage,  she was a christian and I a Hindu. Her brother and mother are prejudice about caste and religion & discrimination towards different caste issue so they cheated my wife when they sold the property they did not take any kind of N O C from her.

Please help.

If it is inherited property all her brothers and sisters are having equal right .

She has a right for inheritance of her legitimate share out of her father's intestate property  as well as in the ancestral properties too.

Marriage do not change the status of the legal representatives of parents (especially father). She may marry any number of times she shall remain the daughter of same father and entitled for a share in his father's property as per succession laws.
