Revenue officials collided with the land grabber and I have all proof. Revenue officials had tampered records to help land grabbers and trespassed the same.
I want to file a civil writ to direct revenue to revert record changes and also direct police to register cases for manipulation of records and trespass
Do I need to file civil writ or criminal writ or writ covers both

Hello,
I think writ is not maintainable. You can approach the vigillance department or anti corruption department and file complaint against the concerned officials.

Dear Mr. Pavan,
You can approach the Central Vigilance Commission working under the direction of the Indian Government. Their aim is to act on the written complaints received for the corruption activities going on and caught. It will take appropriate action in regards to such and sure help you out in such condition

Sir,can writ not direct to correct dharani/revenue records and do survey of land
