Civil suite amendment

Hi sir.My father buyed housing plot as on 2007 and in 2019 vendor started saying we dont hav land and boundaries are not correct.so filed injunction order against vendor in 2021.recent he again done Nala.can we amend same suite for rectification of sale deed

Query Can we amend the current suite and pray for same rectification of boundaries or file new suite

What is the basis of change of boundary which you want to include / amend in the suit which is stated to have been instituted and pending adjudication ?

What is the opinion and advise of the lawyer engaged / paid by you for proceeding in the instant suit which cannot be presumed for forming any opinion and oblige ?

However, if you have lost faith in your lawyer (due to any reason whatsoever) change him / her immediately.
