Civil suit

My case is under section 32/38 of up land revenue code in Uttar Pradesh State in sdm courts since last 3yrs but not any progress only date of next hiring on every week.please tell me what is rules & procedure for next hiring to make atleast after every month.

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses a lengthy delay in a civil suit filed under Section 32/38 of the UP Land Revenue Code, which has been pending for three years with no progress. The advice suggests that while revenue courts can take time, an advocate can press for speedy disposal. Alternatively, withdrawing the case and refiling it in a civil court might lead to a more expeditious decision.

If you have engaged advocate let he press for speedy dispose.

It is not a regular court,  it is a revenue court hence it will take time.

If you want to have an expeditious decision then you withdraw this case and file it before civil court.
