Civil law ....Specific performance suit. court fee

Dear Sir,
The plaintiff entered in to an unregistered sale agreement with the defendant. Sale price was fixed as,62,00,000/- for 66 plots. The defendant executed sale deed for 60 plots receiving 55,00,000/- from the plaintiff. later, refused to execute sale deed for 6 plots receiving balance 7,00,000/-. What is the court fee to be paid for specific performance suit. whether for full sale consideration or for the value of balance 6 plots . Please advise me.
Thanks & Regards

Court fees is state subject and varies from state to state

2) court fees would not be for full sale consideration

3) you are filing suit seeking specific performance for 6 plots only

Plaintiff has to pay court fees on remaining 6 plots consideration.
