Sir ..my mother passed away....75 days back ...she is having civil case in high court of telegana ...as our advocate staying in Vijayawada after state division ...to file legal heir in case ..he asked to get vakalat to Vijayawada to get signed ....to whom we should submit in high court of telegana...how many days limitation to file legal heirs in civil case

Upon death of plaintiff, the LRs of the deceased plaintiff has to file a petition through their advocate for impleading themselves as successors in interest to the deceased plaintiff.
Vakalatnama is the part of the process to be underaken in the civil suit.
