1. It means the matter has been sent for settlement 2. If the opponent doesn't attend the proceeding, the case will be sent back to the original coury

they lawyer attending but not saying anything for settlement. and What happens if it goes back to original court. til now didn't get any call for evidence also

If u r not ready for compromise then insist to lead evidence and to decide suit on merits.

we are ready for compromise but the opponent not willing to give compromise and in thr lawyer not saying anything when will court will lead to evidence stage
