SIR, we are residents of a Co-operative Society in Malad west in Mumbai, we share the society outgoings.....suddenly my cousin sister who also resides in the same house and also is a shareholder in the Property is not paying her society share of outgoings though she earns very well for which i have proof of the same... how can i make her pay ,can i file a recovery suit or any other suit in the court so that she pays.
