Citations required for 498a quash

Dear Members, Please provide me with Judgements for quashing of 498A in following circumstances, I had read earlier but not able to locate the judgement: Wife gives false complaint of harassment in local police station, and with help of police threathens husband for divorce, removes her mangal sutra etc documented in NC case, and then when husband sends mutual divorce petition, wife fiels false 498a against husband.
