Citation of judgments?

It is informed in this forum that an individual can file online complaints in Consumer Courts on his own without a legal counsel.

Is Citation of relevant judgements mandatory in the complaint as a lay consumer complainant won't be able to do it.

Also what is the court fee for money claim for 1Crore in Consumer Court?

The court fees levied depends on the Value of goods or services paid as consideration.

The Consumer Court Fee varies with the claim amount. You can see the court fee for different claim amount on the following weblink

The complainant will have to elucidate how you have calculated the amount of compensation claimed.
