Children rights over properties after divorce of parents

Sir/s,

Are the children have right in the properties when parents are divorced. Religion : Hindu

Quick Summary
Following a divorce, children retain their legal rights to their parents' properties, including self-acquired and ancestral assets, under the Hindu Succession Act, 1956. A divorce legally separates the parents but does not nullify the parent-child relationship or the children's entitlement to their rightful inheritance.

The divorce is between the parents.

The relationship between the children and parents cannot be nullified just because parents are divorced.

Hence the children shall be entitled for their legitimate rights
