What are the average charges for child custody case in Tire 2 cities if it is filed by father .
What is the typical procedure in it , like cross of both the parties , final argument or what .
How many dates a father has to be present in court .
The reason for asking this question is father is working in Bangalore and Case is going to be filed in Jharkhand .

advocate fee is prescribed in Civil rules of practice , although they charge as per their status ,so search reasonable advocate to your budget ,we cannot predict time how opposite acts ,so it may take time ,you have to visit at least 5 to 6 times or more .engage advocate.

If it ends amicably it may be 25 to 30k ,if challenged 30 to 60k or more.
