hi i am latha,
my query is actullay my father aged 65 he got cheated by person for money and given his blank cheque for that .since mor ethan 4 years he didnt give interest and amount back and we filled acomplaint against him and case is running for the past 2 years. now it come to the end and most favouring to us.the court person telling that original cheque is not there and made one more due date and case is on coming 18th . now dont know how to react for the situation. who is playing here in this sitiation dont know. some body is telling that without original cheque case will not be filled by court. so inbetween only somebody taken. so kinldy requsting for suggestions.
