Cheque bouncing

If a cheque is dis-hourned on account of "signature differ", whether Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act is attracted ?

Recent SUPREME COURT judgement has closed all such  loopholes in cheque bounce cases. Now  for sig deffer you can file case and accused can be convicted.

yes, in addition to this section 420 IPC is also applicable.
