As a indian we respect our Law. But as educated peson i made one mistake we purchaced one vehicle from my friend and my mistake was i issued him cheque for which vehicle is not under his ownership. I used this vehicle more than 8 months in betwn he given us many false promises regarding transfer vehicle ownership. But at one stage he approch us & taken back the said vehicle against cheque issued to me & we made affidavite for what purpose i am going to returned vehicle & against that this person give me cheque for the amount we made a deal in the sale of said vehicle. in present scenario two times the said cheque was bounced still i requesting him many times to return my money back. pl guide me what implication will have to face after sending notice or after 15 days completion to suite a file in court.
