Finally today we got the judgement from the honourable district court.. CASE DISPOSED under 239 BNS Act.. from the day one i said here without any proper evidence bank filed a false cheque bounce case.. but no one believed me here. from last year we are approaching to the court for every day without failue.. petitioner failed to provide the proper evidence and also not ready for the trail till today.. finally case is disposed
