Is there a difference between Post dated & Pre signed blank cheques from Insurance point of view as i would like to knw whether i shud take insurance to cover for PDC & PSBC or PDC covers PSBC itself

Presigned Blank Cheques are illegal in law and might lead you in trouble igf it is proved that you take blank cheques
No Insurance Compnay cangive you a cover to protect any illgal activity
