sir i need help of you , one person cheat me i need badly money i got it one finacer i dont know about much how he is , i took him 72000 rs. condistion of pay to 80000 in 10 month after pay 32000 he just try to oversmart with me i just say him i pay you when you time comtplite in march 20 he put my check on court , now he just put my case on court at 8-1-10 nothing happen to still in court,
i just call him to took his rest amount at 15 mar befor of time he refuse it and say i get you form you 90000 which he acctualy fill amount in my one check ,
he have my one check more i think he give it some another man and just put case on it too ,
i need help from you wht it the way to out this problem i can fight in court even in my power my case as long as long work 1 year but i want to know any way to make this case more long ya easy install ment when judge just give there punisment to me any way any law about it
just help me i m ready to pay some one who out me this problem
