cheating

A Agent who promised me to give A Saudi Arabia's Visa, taken me 120000 ( one lakh twenty thousand rupees) and he didn't fulfill his promise to me and he didn't give my money back...
what should I do now?

Hello,

Taking money and promising to provide VISA is illegal. You cannot ask for your money back.

since he has intentionally deceived u by means of cheating u/s 415 u can file a case against him
