Hi,

Despite got the confirmation that KYCs being varified online junglee rummy site rejected to bank transfer my.money..As they hold it i lost almost 35k.

This happened twice with me.

i got email from them confirming KYC documents are varified..

also i have transaction reports where timely payments was made to them.

i did the mistake by trusting them.

can someone suggest me what can be done ?

Sir,

it is not bank issue...ONLINE Site intentionally kept my money and did not gave me back..

in apddition i got confirmation from them that MY KYC Documents are varified ..

that why i becsme confident..

they cheated with me..

on timely basis i was adding money to their application and when their turn came they turned hostile
