I loved one girl from the last 4 years. She only made a calls and texts to me and asked me to love her. I refused her because of their parents. They are money minded and they wont accept me. She promissed me that she will convence them and made me to love her. 2years back her parents came to know about my love, so they have taken her mobile. But she used to call me offenly from her relatives mobiles and I told that they wont accept me. But she blackmailed me that If I refuse her, she will commit for sucide. So I accepted her. She asked me to meet her in their home when no one is there. I met her many times. We had s*x many times. She gave a call to my mother and asked her to cancel all the matches which I got earlier. Suddenly she changed and asking me to marry other girl. I came to know that she is going to marry a rich guy. Even she is not answering my calls as well.
I have the photos and letters which she gave to me and I have recorded her voice as well. Can I file a case againist her with these proofs. if so, please let me know the sections. Please help me on this.
