Hi to all is there any particular time to produce the chargesheet like 90 or 120 days time limit.

There is no time limit as such - but if the accused is in custody and the police fails to file police report within the 60/90 days (depending upon gravity of offence) the accused gets entitled to what is known as default bail. (S.167(2)Proviso) Uday Mohan Lal Acharya v. State (2001) SC

yes, it is 90 days for investigation of offences punishable with imprisonment of not less than ten years and it is 60 days for other offences
