it is now 4 years-charge sheet/final report not filed-but the respondent police lied in high court that the final report is filed[on 3/12/2008].
the charges are u/s.420,465,470,506(ii).
can a quash petition be filed u/s.482?

there is a petition under sec.239 of cr.p.c.pending in the courts of cmm-can the police file the final report claiming a direction by the high court?
