Hi,
The place of birth in my earlier passport is Mumbai, whereas my actual place of birth is UP. Now i want to get it rectified.
is there any court order required to complete this or just Affidavit stating the reason for change in Place of Birth is sufficient?
Also can you please provide the Affidavit format for the reason for change in Place of Birth.
