Dear Sir/Madam
I am in a situation where i need to replace my bail bond with a new one as my FD is about to mature. Is it necessary that, i should get it replaced with a new one? Is there any serious implications to it if i delay the process.Your valubale input would be help to me.

Bail will be cancelled if you fail to replace it, and if you are not able to provide new surety or FD .you will be sent back to jail, till you furnish new one. So do the needful at the earliest to avoid legal complications.

Thanks Mr. Raghvan.i was wary of the fact and wanted to confirm. My lawyer has misguided me till date.
