I have a valid passport but there is a correction in change of place of birth. I was born in Secunderabad but in passport my father mentioned it as Wadi (Karnataka) and my date of birth is 02-02-1991. I have a birth certificate issued in Secunderabad. So when I went to passport office for enquiry they asked me for a first class magistrate or sub-divisional class magistrate order. So what is the process of getting first class or sub-class magistrate order in Hyderabad/Secunderabad. I want my place of birth changed in my urgently as I want to apply for students visa for my masters degree for USA.
